- Mix normal biscuits and melted butter (on eye - to cover the bottom of the form)
- 250ml of double cream 30%
- 1/4 cup of caster sugar
- 2 fruit jellies
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- Stick of vanilla (optional)
Dissolve one jelly in 3/4 glass hot water, and second as written on the package. Mix cream cheese with sugar (and vanilla). Mix the double cream with jelly (with (3/4 glass) and add to cheese mixture. Put on the cookie bottom and leave in the fridge. When second jelly gets still put it on cheese cake and adorn with fruit.
